HELP & INFORMATION
Accessibility
We want furniture choices to be understandable and the shopping process to work with a keyboard, a small screen and assistive technology. This is a practical commitment, not a claim of independent certification.
Navigation and structure
The website uses labelled navigation, meaningful headings, text category links and native buttons. Product names lead to product detail pages, and basket links remain available from the compact top header. The mobile Menu button opens the same navigation rather than requiring a separate account or sidebar.
Reading and resizing
Text uses relative sizes and wraps on small screens. The layout is intended to remain usable from 320 pixels wide through desktop widths. Furniture images include descriptions of the item and construction. Essential specifications are provided as text, not embedded only inside an image. Browser zoom and text settings can be used without needing a special accessibility mode.
Keyboard and forms
Links, buttons and form fields can be reached with the keyboard and have visible focus styling. Checkout fields have explicit labels and use appropriate browser autocomplete where available. Validation messages explain a problem without relying on colour alone; request details are retained when server validation or saving fails.
Motion, colour and cookie controls
No autoplay video, carousel or flashing content is used. Optional cookie choices are available as equally styled actions and the settings can be reopened from the footer. Focus indicators and underlined text links help distinguish interactive elements without relying only on a change of colour.
Known practical limits
Product photography cannot establish exact fabric feel or guarantee a fit. Please ask for clarification of critical measurements and mechanisms. Native browser controls may look different across systems, and we cannot guarantee compatibility with every assistive-technology combination. We do not claim a formal audit or accessibility certification.
If something gets in your way
Email [email protected] or call +447375233131, describing the page, device, browser and task you were trying to complete. Share only the information needed to reproduce the issue. We can discuss product details through an alternative channel and use the report to prioritise a repair; there is no guaranteed repair deadline stated here.
