HELP & INFORMATION

Terms & conditions

These terms explain how furniture requests work with BRISTOL FURNITURE OUTLET LTD, company number 16390957. Read them alongside our Delivery, Returns and Service policies before requesting an item.

Who you are dealing with

Our registered contact address is 16 Charnwood Road, Bristol, England, BS14 0JR. Email [email protected] or call +447375233131. This address is not an advertised showroom or an automatic returns depot. These terms cover consumer purchases for personal use in mainland Great Britain.

A request is not an accepted order

Adding furniture to your basket and submitting checkout sends an order request. The on-screen number acknowledges receipt only. We confirm availability, configuration, price, delivery date and any payment arrangements separately. A sale is formed only when we explicitly accept the agreed order; silence or a request acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance.

Products, dimensions and prices

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes. We do not claim a VAT registration number. The standard mainland Great Britain delivery charge is £49 per order, shown before submitting. Dimensions are approximate; upholstery appearance can vary with lighting and screen settings. Check any critical dimensions or access restrictions with us before an order is accepted. Mattresses and room accessories are excluded unless expressly listed.

Corrections and availability

Products are not represented as live-verified stock. If a price, description or availability error is found, we explain it before acceptance and ask whether you wish to proceed on the corrected basis. We do not silently substitute a different sofa, base or bed size. You can decline a proposed change.

Payment and fulfilment

No card details, bank credentials or payment are collected on this website. We only discuss a genuine available payment method when confirming your request; no acquiring provider or finance arrangement is promised here. Delivery access, any assembly requirement and the actual lead time must be agreed before acceptance. The separate Delivery policy explains the service limits.

Your rights and resolving concerns

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods, or any applicable cancellation right. Contact us first with the order number and a clear description so that we can investigate. Our Returns policy explains cancellation and fault reporting; our Service policy explains practical support. English law applies, without depriving consumers elsewhere in Great Britain of mandatory protections or their available local courts.
