HELP & INFORMATION

Delivery information

Furniture needs a little more planning than a parcel. We agree an achievable delivery date and access arrangements before accepting an order; checkout does not reserve a delivery slot.

Where we deliver and what it costs

The displayed delivery charge is £49 per accepted order to mainland Great Britain, regardless of the number of listed furniture items in that order. Northern Ireland, islands and international addresses are not available through this checkout. If your address is not eligible, contact us before making any request; no alternative service is assumed.

Availability and timing

We aim to respond to requests within two working days, but this is a service aim rather than a guaranteed response time. We then explain the actual availability and proposed delivery window. No fixed dispatch or next-day claim is made. If timing is essential, tell us before we accept the order and ensure the agreed date is recorded.

Measure the entire route

Measure door openings, hall turns, stair widths, ceiling height, lift doors and landings, not just the room. Include parking or loading restrictions in your notes. Product dimensions are the overall assembled measurements, not guaranteed packed dimensions. Ask us to confirm package sizes and whether sections separate if your access is tight.

What the standard charge covers

The standard charge covers delivery to an accessible ground-floor entrance at the agreed mainland address. Upstairs placement, assembly, packaging removal, old-furniture collection and specialist lifting are not included unless we explicitly agree them in writing before acceptance. Do not assume the driver can dismantle doors or move existing furniture.

On the day

Keep the route clear and ensure an adult can receive the furniture. Inspect for obvious damage and tell us promptly about missing or damaged parts. Photos can help us understand a problem but are not a blanket condition of your legal rights. Keep packaging where practical until the furniture is checked. Do not continue assembly if a load-bearing part appears damaged.

Delays, failed access and changes

If a delay occurs, we discuss a revised date and your available remedies rather than treating the delivery as completed. Let us know promptly if the address or access changes. Any proposed additional charge for a customer-requested redelivery or special access must be explained and agreed; it is not automatically charged by the website. Your statutory rights for non-delivery and faulty goods remain unaffected.
